The second leading cause of death in ages 25-34. 

The third leading cause of death from ages 15-24. 

The rate of suicide deaths among girls 15-19 reached a 40 year high in recent years.  

Suicide deaths in men are nearly four times the rate of woman. 

Among young people, for every suicide death, twenty-five are attempted. 

Alarming statistics reveal a staggering number of veterans, (20/day) end their own lives. 

Ingestion of pesticide, hanging and firearms are among the most common methods of suicide globally.
